1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TrendVis (https://trendvis.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.TrendVis is operated by Haijun Sun.

2. Description of Service

TrendVis is a web-based platform that allows users to generate AI-powered images and videos for creative and marketing purposes. The service operates on a credit-based system where credits are consumed per generation.

3. Accounts

  • You must create an account to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make purchases.
  • You may not share your account with others or use the service on behalf of a third party without authorization.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions and Credits

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.
  • Credits are granted at the start of each billing period and reset monthly. Unused credits do not carry over.
  • Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the full year at a discounted rate.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

5. Payments

All payments are processed securely by Stripe or Creem. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of credit-based digital services, all purchases are generally non-refundable. However, we offer refunds in the following circumstances:

  • You were charged in error (duplicate charge, wrong amount).
  • The service was unavailable for an extended period due to our fault.
  • You request a refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment and have used fewer than 100 credits.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use TrendVis to generate content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory.
  • Infringes the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Contains sexually explicit material involving minors.
  • Impersonates any person or entity.
  • Is used for spam, phishing, or deceptive advertising.

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you create using TrendVis, subject to the licenses of the underlying AI model providers. You grant us a limited license to store and display your generated content solely to provide the service. We retain all rights to the TrendVis platform, branding, and technology.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT GENERATED CONTENT WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRENDVIS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE PAST 3 MONTHS.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violation of these terms, suspected fraud, or other conduct we deem harmful, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately and unused credits are forfeited.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
